INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1: On a desktop or mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, etc...), access the Account Manager page.  We are no longer using the Ticketmaster app to access your Season Tickets.  

Account Manager is an exclusive Ticket Management System for Season Ticket Holders & select Customers affected by the Fargo Force and Scheels Arena. An account has been set up for all affected customers.  

Step 2: Click 'Sign In' in the top right corner

Step 3: Sign In using the email address associated with the previous ticket account.

  • New Users: Reset Password to access Account Manager for the first time.
    • DO NOT create a new account. Previously purchased tickets are associated with the purchasing email only.  (Not sure of the email address?  Email ehuebner@scheelsarena.com to confirm.)

    • Be sure to check spam/junk if the password reset hasn't arrived within 15 minutes of reset request.
    • By clicking the reset link, a prompt will appear to select a new password. Set password, reenter email and the new password, then press "Sign In"
  • Returning Users: Enter the email address and password, then press "Sign In"

Step 4: All set. Explore the many benefits of Account Manager
